The Downriver Beer festival is back for another year of partying on the water at the Boatel! As always we will be featuring a huge selection of Beer, wine, and spirits all made in the great state of Alaska! This year we will be have live music by JUNOsmile, an amazing Americana singer songwriter combo rich with vocal harmonies featuring Jessy Lynn and Joseph Martens. We will have food covered by the Hungry Robot and The BBQ Shack serving their amazing offerings.

Our non-profit that we chose to support with the proceeds of the event is The Careline Alaska, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing crisis intervention for individuals considering suicide or experiencing crisis, isolation, or depression.

Downriver Beer Festival is back for 2022!!  Returning to The Boatel in Fairbanks on Saturday, July 23rd, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.  This non-profit event will offer beers, wines & craft cocktails made in Alaska and more!  This year’s beneficiary of profits received from the festival will be The Monroe Foundation, to assist the Catholic Schools of Fairbanks in re-building the gym which suffered a roof collapse this past winter.  Gavoras Fine Wine presents this Beer Festival to deliver a great opportunity for the people of Fairbanks and surrounding areas to try as many unique selections of beer, wine and craft cocktails as possible!  Along with all the amazing adult beverages, we will have food trucks and live music!  Scan the QR code to buy your tickets in advance through Eventbrite ($45 in advance) and come enjoy yourself at this great party for a good cause!

On top of all the amazing adult beverages will be local food trucks and live music! We pride our festival on having representatives from the breweries to be able to present the beers in a fun, yet educational format.
